WHAT IS IT?

The Pro-Partner Finder program is an online directory of our exclusive contractors that connects homeowners seeking new construction or remodeling project help with professional builders and remodelers. Qualifying contractors are provided with their own unique profile web page that includes a company logo, pictures, reviews and more. Our objective is to bring additional leads to you.

HOW DO I QUALIFY?

In order to participate in our program you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum annual purchases of $50,000 or more
  • Have an account in good standing
  • Be fully bonded, licensed & insured as defined by county & state
  • Have 6 complete project photos and 3 customer reviews.

WHAT CAN I INCLUDE?

Your new micro site allows you to share the following:

  • Your company contact information
  • Services you offer
  • Your social media outlets
  • Rated reviews & testimonials
  • Project photos
  • Consultation request form

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

Getting started is easy. First contact your rep or the location nearest you to ensure you qualify. Then click “Join As A Pro” in the top navigation. Once you have set up your profile and your page has been approved, your company will automatically be included in the search results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

  1. Company logo
  2. Company name, contact name, email, phone number, address, website address (if applicable) and license, bonding and insurance information (as applicable)
  3. Links to your social media accounts (if applicable – can be added later)
  4. List of services you are qualified to provide
  5. Company description
  6. A minimum of 6 photos of your work. Photos must be at least 600X400 pixels and no larger than 2MB.
  7. Social media review links (if applicable – can be added later)
  8. At least 3 legitimate testimonials (you will enter these manually)

QUALIFICATION SPECIFICS & REFERENCE INFORMATION

By participating in the Pro-Partner Finder site and service, you are agreeing to the following:

  • You will not include any images on Pro-Partner Finder which contain people or details from which a person could be identified.
  • Any reviews included on Pro-Partner Finder must be truthful, accurate reviews of actual customers of your work you performed under the company name you registered with on Pro-Partner Finder. We require at a minimum for you to have 3 reviews in order to participate in Pro-Partner Finder.
  • Any images posted on Pro-Partner Finder must be photos of your work performed under the company name you registered with on Pro- Partner Finder and you must own all rights and title in and to the image in order to post the image. We require you to have a minimum of 6 images of past work posted in order to participate in Pro-Partner Finder.
  • You agree to be fully bonded, licensed, and insured at levels required by US LBM’s applicable Division and by applicable law.
  • You must be a current client of a US LBM Division and must have an account in good standing to participate.
  • You must have a minimum annual spend of $50,000 with a US LBM Division for the calendar year to participate.
  • You agree you are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and do not have any unresolved complaints or negative ratings or findings.
  • If you receive a request for a free consultation through Pro-Partner Finder, then you agree to respond to that request within three business days at the most. The initial consultation provided must be free of charge to the consumer.
  • You agree that you will not sell or redistribute any personal information received from a Pro-Partner Finder inquiry, such as a person’s name, email address, or phone number.

The above terms are pulled from the terms and conditions of the Service Provider Agreement (“Agreement”), which you will need to agree to as part of your Pro-Partner Finder registration process. This sheet is intended as a quick and easy reference for, but not a substitute, replacement for, or an exhaustive list of, the terms and conditions in the Agreement.
